CORU is committed to provide outstanding oncological and reconstructive care throughout South Africa and its neighbouring countries.

Its surgeons travel to various parts of the country to assist with providing medical teaching and care to those areas where the skills are not available and training to surgeons who wish to learn new techniques.

Dr Hilton and Dr Hosking's most recent trip has been to Kenya, Mombasa to give a limb salvage workshop. Dr Hilton stayed on to give a series of lectures and papers on a range of limb salvage and sarcoma topics.

 

Dr Thomas Hilton visits the Port Shepstone hospital on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal and Livingstone Hospital in Port Elizabeth to perform limb salvage surgeries.  

Dr Hilton recently traveled to Windhoek, Namibia to perform sarcoma surgeries and limb reconstructions. He also lectured at the University of Namibia at a surgical update course.
